"My grip strength is so weak! I absolutely could not lift heavy without my Versa Gripps. Game Changer for me!" -  Charlotte Oldbury

Charlotte Oldbury has been active and fit since her youth. After marrying her high school sweetheart at the age of 20, they soon after started their family. By 26 years old, she was mommy to three healthy daughters. After her last child was born, Charlotte entered the Bill Phillips’ Body for Life Transformation Challenge in 2000. She completed the 12-week course, lost the pregnancy weight, gained muscle, and increased her understanding of proper nutrition–all while working out at home with a baby. Proof that where there’s a will, there’s a way!

In her 30s, Charlotte ran 5K races as well as completed the BP MS150–a charity bicycle ride from Houston to Austin, Texas, benefiting those suffering from multiple sclerosis. She also began teaching yoga to elementary school children before school and health and nutrition after school in a grant initiative program promoting health and fitness. Her classes were so successful, she and her students were featured on two local news stations.

In 2014, at the age of 40, Charlotte began training for her first bodybuilding competition. She is a sponsored athlete with Dymatize Nutrition, one of the largest supplement companies in the industry. You can read more about her journey in her article “Fit Over 40” which was published in 2015 at MuscleSportsMag.com. Her article “Short on Time? Try This Tabata Workout for Fat Loss” was published in 2015 online with Muscle & Strength. Charlotte was one of six coaches who guided participants in the Bodybuilding.com/Dymatize-sponsored $250,000 Transformation Challenge in 2016 and was honored to award the top male and female winners with checks for $100,000 each. Charlotte placed 3rd at the 2017 NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals, 40+, Class D. She is a featured contributor in Megan Alexander of Inside Edition’s new book, Faith in the Spotlight. Train For Her Magazine featured Charlotte in the two-page Tone article “Average to All Star” June 2017, pages 30-31.

Charlotte is certified in personal training by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).   Her lifelong dedication to fitness, extensive experience, and excellent training have shaped her into a compassionate trainer who gets results.
