How to Perform a Dumbbell Squat with Versa Gripps

  1. You want to stand with your feet at shoulder-width apart. Make sure you hold the dumbbells at arm’s length by your sides in the starting position.
  2. Keep your back straight and your core tight when performing the exercise. Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body. You want your thighs to be parallel to the floor.
  3. Hold this position briefly and then push your body up to return to the starting position of the exercise.
