Versa Gripps only accepts returns, not exchanges. This policy extends to orders from versagripps.com, Amazon, and eBay. If you would like a different size or style, please return your first order for a refund and place a new order.

TO RETURN ITEMS: Please fill out the Return form you received with your order within 30 days of purchase or print a new one using the link above. Please include your original order number on the return form.

RETURN SHIPPING INFO: Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Versa Gripps USA is not responsible for gear that is lost in transit, therefore we suggest using a traceable shipping service when shipping back returns. If you do not pay enough in postage for your return shipping and a balance is still owed to the courier, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS: We will issue a refund to the original credit card only if the merchandise is returned in resalable condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, orders can be returned if the product is unworn and in its original packaging. Your merchandise refund will take approximately 7-10 business days to process from date of receipt. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
