About the Products
1. Which Versa Gripps should I buy?
If you are a serious lifter who is in the gym multiple days each week, we recommend Xtreme or Pro. If you are a female lifter looking for a product specifically engineered for women’s hands, we recommend the FitPro. If you are new to weightlifting, or want to simply try Versa Gripps out, Classic Versa Gripps are a perfect entry-level product. To learn more about each of our grips, visit each product page.
2. How do I determine my correct size?
It is important to select the correct size when ordering your Versa Gripps. Please use the SIZING CHART found on the Find Your Fit page. While all Versa Gripps have the same palm size, you will find instructions about how to measure your wrist to get the perfect fit.
3. How do I clean my Versa Gripps?
Use a mild cleaner, like glass cleaner, to wipe away grease and dirt from the grip area. For Velcro buildup, carefully remove debris with tweezers. Do not machine wash or soak in water. Always air out your Versa Gripps after each workout to prevent odor. These precautionary measures will ensure a long life for your Versa Gripps.
4. What is the Versa Gripps palm piece made of?
The palm piece is constructed of a proprietary, “no-slip” material engineered exclusively for Versa Gripps USA. The material is neoprene free, latex free, and vegan and will stay grippy throughout the lifespan of the product.
5. My pair of Versa Gripps show some visual irregularities. Will this affect the performance of the product?
Due to the unique production of Versa Gripps, they are manufactured in the USA under a proprietary agreement. Due to the unique production process of this material, there may appear some distressed areas or irregularities. These marks are caused by the curing process of the material and will not affect the performance of the product.
In addition, the natural rubber foam of the wrist wrap may show small bubbles or holes on its sides. These are a naturally occurring effect of the curing process of the rubber and will not affect the performance of the wrist wrap portion.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Can I return my Versa Gripps purchase?
Versa Gripps accepts returns and exchanges. While there is no additional charge for exchanges, we do charge a $5.00 restocking fee on all returns.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase (Black Friday and Christmas holidays are within 60 days of purchase), and merchandise must be in resalable condition.
If you want a different size or style, please select the correct-size item during the exchange process.
To start the process, visit our Returns Portal. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days once the courier has returned them to our facility. If you would like to upgrade shipping on an exchange the difference will be billed to the consumer before shipment.
Please Note: Custom orders are designed just for you and limited edition Versa Gripps cannot be returned. Please be sure to measure and size accordingly.
2. Do Versa Gripps come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a Versa Gripps product with a material or workmanship flaw, we want to know! Please send it back to us within one year of purchase for a courtesy inspection. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the item, and if not, we will return it to you. Our Warranty does not cover the following: normal wear and tear, misused or abused Versa Gripps, products that have been immersed in water, washed, or modified, lost or stolen Versa Gripps.
3. Tracking shows that my package was delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
If your package has been lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check with your assigned carrier – the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx – depending on your order. If they cannot locate your package, file a lost package claim. Contact Versa Gripps within 10 days of making this claim. If the package has not been located within 7 days of this claim, Versa Gripps will refund or replace your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Does Versa Gripps pay Customs and Duty Fees for International Shipments?
No. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying all the customs and duty fees. All Versa Gripps international orders are shipped via FedEx who sets the rates in real time. By Proceeding to checkout, you can get an estimate of the total shipping costs. Please note that international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address or product selection, you can do so by logging into your "My Account," where you can adjust your order details. All shipments are processed by 8 a.m. the next business day. If the courier returns an order due to missing information or if it is undeliverable, the refund will be processed after deducting a return processing fee of $5.00. Customers may use the USPS Package intercept through USPS.com to change an address once the order has been placed.
6. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are usually processed in one to two business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped the next business day – Monday. (FedEx 2-3 shipping is processed on the next business day - Monday.)
As soon as we verify all order information, orders will ship via the selected carrier, and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do our best to notify customers if there are production delays or an item goes out of stock. If there is a delay in your order, please check your SPAM folder for our email notifications.
Please Note: For Customized Versa Gripps, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for production time.
7. Do you ship to U.S. Military and Diplomatic mailing addresses?
Yes, we ship all APO/FPO/DPO via USPS Priority Mail and we offer discounts to active and retired military and first responders thru GovX.

1. Can I buy only one Grip (left or right)?
Yes. Please contact us and we can discuss your situation to provide you with the best solution.
2. Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We currently do not offer discounts on large retail orders. If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Dealer, please visit our BECOME AN AUTHORIZED DEALER page.
3. I’ve always used lifting straps. Why do I need Versa Gripps?
Traditional straps can put pressure on your wrists, potentially leading to nerve or circulation issues. Versa Gripps are shaped to support the weight at the base of your hand, reducing wrist strain and promoting better blood flow. Their self-supporting design stays in place, making it easy to grip the bar quickly and safely. Unlike straps, you can release the grip instantly, helping to prevent injuries.
4. Will my grip strength weaken if I use Versa Gripps?
No. While you might still want to train grip strength separately, Versa Gripps are designed to support—not replace—your grip. They help you focus on working larger muscle groups, especially during those final, most effective reps, where real progress is made.
5. Do I need to remove my Versa Gripps when switching between exercises?
No. Versa Gripps are versatile and can be used for both pulling and pushing exercises. When you are not using Versa Gripps you can turn the palm piece around to the back of your hand to temporarily keep them out of the way.
Versa Wrapps Q&A
1. What size Versa Wrapps are right for me?
Versa Wrapps come in two lengths – 12” and 18”. Both provide sufficient support for extreme pushing exercises. If you feel you need maximum support, the 18” length typically provides an additional wrap around the wrist to further lock down motion.
2. How stiff is the Versa Wrapps material?
Versa Wrapps are made of a 70% Polyester and 30% rubber blend for ideal firmness and flexibility. They provide rigid support without cutting off circulation or causing irritation.
3. Can you wash Versa Wrapps?
Yes. Over time, Versa Wrapps can get sweaty and dirty. To clean them properly, you will want to wash them by hand. Fill the sink with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then scrub with a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and then press dry with a towel.
