Versa Gripps® Warranty

Every Versa Gripps® product is engineered and manufactured in the USA to survive years of heavy training. We build to a premium standard, and we stand behind it. That's why our Gripps and our Hyperbelt™ are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a covered product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship - for example, failed stitching, delamination, or hardware that fails under normal training use - we'll replace it. Registering your product helps us verify your purchase and process any future claim faster.

  *Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life

   of the product, for the original purchaser, with valid proof of purchase in the United States of America only.

   Non-transferable or valid in other countries.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor fraying, surface abrasions, or color fade that occur naturally with use over time

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose

  • Improper care, cleaning, drying, or storage

  • Alteration or modification of the product

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items showing the expected signs of age and regular use, rather than a genuine defect, are not eligible. Proof of purchase and photos of the issue are required for every claim.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Submit the form below with your proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the defect. Our team will review and, for approved claims, send a replacement of the same product (or the closest equivalent if the item is discontinued). We aim to resolve every claim as quickly as possible.

 

DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Versa Gripps® products and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are excluded. Versa Gripps'® liability is limited to replacement of the defective product and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages. See our full Terms & Conditions for details.

GRIP MATERIAL

The grip material of Versa Gripps was developed over a 3-year period, and it is manufactured in the USA under a proprietary agreement. The palm piece is constructed of, “no-slip” material engineered exclusively for Versa Gripps USA. The material is neoprene free, latex free, and vegan and will stay grippy throughout the lifespan of the product. Due to the unique production process of this material, there may appear some distressed areas or irregularities. These marks are caused by the curing process of the material and will not affect the performance of the product.
