Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are usually processed in one to two business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped the next business day – Monday. (FedEx 2-3 shipping is processed on the next business day - Monday.) As soon as we verify all order information, orders will ship via the selected carrier, and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do our best to notify customers if there are production delays or an item goes out of stock. If there is a delay in your order, please check your SPAM folder for our email notifications.

Please Note: For Customized Versa Gripps, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for production.

Change of Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address or product selection, you can do so by logging into your "My Account" the instructions provided. All shipments are processed by 8 a.m. the next business day. If the courier returns an order due to missing information or if it is undeliverable, the refund will be processed after deducting a return processing fee of $5.00. Customers may use the USPS Package intercept through USPS.com to change an address once the order has been placed.

APO/FPO Shipments

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipments

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying all the customs and duty fees. All Versa Gripps international orders are shipped via FedEx who sets the rates in real time. By Proceeding to checkout, you can get an estimate of the total shipping costs. Please note that international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check with your assigned carrier – the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx – depending on your order. If they cannot locate your package, file a lost package claim. Contact Versa Gripps within 10 days of making this claim. If the package has not been located within 7 days of this claim, Versa Gripps will refund or replace your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
