Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are usually processed in one to two business days. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped the next business day – normally the following Monday. FedEx shipping is processed on the next business day - Monday. As soon as we verify all order information, orders will ship via the selected carrier, and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do our best to notify customers if there are production delays or an item goes out of stock. If there is a delay in your order, please check your SPAM folder for our email notifications.

Please Note: For Customized Versa Gripps, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for production.

Change of Shipping Address

We cannot edit shipping addresses once the shipping label has been generated and the order fulfilled. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order. If you need to change the shipping address or product selection before you receive a shipping notification, you can do so by logging into your "My Account" the instructions provided or by emailing our support at customerservice@versagripps.com. All shipments are processed by 8 a.m. the next business day. Customers may use the USPS Package intercept through USPS.com to change an address once the order has been placed.

Please note that deliveries to commercial suites or freight forwarders, as well as orders over $150.00 will require a signature upon receipt.

 

APO/FPO Shipments

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO via USPS Priority Mail.

 

International Shipments

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying all the customs and duty fees. All Versa Gripps international orders are shipped via FedEx who sets the rates in real time and includes duties and taxes in their cost. By proceeding to checkout, you can get an estimate of the total shipping costs from their program.

Please note that international deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

 

Lost Packages

If your package has been lost in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check with your assigned carrier – the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx – depending on your order. We require notification of a missing package within 10 days of the package being marked as delivered. If your local post office cannot locate your package, file a lost package claim through the Missing Mail search on the USPS website, not the insurance claim center. For FedEx, please report a missing package through their tracking page. If the package has not been located within 10 business days of your claim submission, Versa Gripps will refund or replace your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have purchased Corso Shipping Protection, you will need to use the Corso tool to look up your order information and file a claim through their portal.

 

      Packages Returned to Sender

      If the carrier is returning your package due to an address issue, Versa Gripps will reship the package at our discretion. We may reach out to you to confirm your address before reshipping, and will update you with your new tracking number once reshipped. International FedEx returns will not be reshipped and your order will be refunded. Original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
