GENERAL RULES: By submitting a response to the Survey, you enter into the
Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the
decisions of Power Gripps, USA, Inc. (hereinafter “PG”), which are final and
binding in all respects. PG is headquartered at 571 US Hwy 1, Hancock, ME
04640 USA.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary to enter the
Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the 50 United
States and the District of Columbia. You must be at least 18 years old to enter
the Sweepstakes. PG employees and their household members are not eligible
to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are
void where prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: PG reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes at any
time. Winners will be selected from those that submit Surveys that are properly
submitted and timely received between August 14, 2023 and August 25, 2023.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Sweepstakes, you may
submit one Survey response, and one Survey response only. Entrants may
access the Survey by clicking on the provided link.
WINNERS: Five winners will be selected randomly from the Sweepstakes
entrants. Odds of winning depend on the number of Survey entries received. The
winners will be notified that they won by email on or about August 25, 2013. If
you are selected as a winner and do not respond to the email notification within
14 days, you forfeit the Prize (as described below) and PG will have the option to
award the Prize to an alternate winner. Sweepstakes entrants may request a
copy of the list of winners by emailing info@versagripps.com between August 25,
2023 and September 8, 2023. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that if
you are selected as one of the five winners, PG may include your name on a list
of winners that will be available to other entrants upon request.
PRIZE: A Versa Gripps Power Pack, including two sets of grips, a backpack, a
beanie, and a water bottle (hereinafter, the “Prize”), having a commercial value of
approximately $225, will be delivered to the winners, to an address to be
provided by the winners. The Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable
for cash.
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By accepting the Prize, the winners agree to
release and hold PG and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind in connection with the
Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the Prize.
