The most successful workouts depend on maximizing the mind-muscle connection to the weight you are lifting. By removing the limiting factor of weight lifting and control, your grip, you are allowed to focus on maximizing weight and target muscle growth vs focusing on how your grip feels and what you can physically hold.
Unfortunately, our grip is the weakest link in this process and can divert focus, compromising results. This can result in cutting sets short or dropping weights, which can ultimately end in injury. Understanding the physiology in grip limitation is key to maximizing results.
Grip is achieved by the activation of a group of small finger flexor muscles in the forearm. These muscles (see diagram) are connected to the fingers by tendons passing through the wrists alongside arteries and nerves. These small finger flexor muscles allow the hands to grasp and hold a weightlifting bar. As workouts progress and you begin to lift heavier, loads quickly supersede the amount of weight your grip can sustain. In order to gain maximum development and isolation of the larger muscles in the body such as the back, arms, and chest - the grip and hands need to be supported.

ELIMINATE GRIP FATIGUE AND FAILURE
Versa Gripps allow the user to concentrate on the larger muscle groups without worrying about their grip. When you are no longer concerned about your grip becoming fatigued, you can concentrate on and appreciate the mind/muscle connection. Huge gains will be experienced.
SELF-SUPPORTING DESIGN
Unlike lifting straps that require a two-hand application, Versa Gripps are flexible, self-supporting, and can be tightened around a bar with a single hand. This simple design makes it quick and easy to secure the bar or transition to the next exercise. If it should become necessary to release the weight, you can simply let go.
LASTING PALM PROTECTION
The gripping surface is made of a proprietary material that is rugged and reinforced with a unique fabric material. Designed and engineered by, and exclusively for, Versa Gripps, the surface is designed to remain tacky and grippy throughout the life of the product. The palm is wide enough to cover the width of the hand, offering protection from the textured knurls of the weightlifting bar as well as protection from calluses.
FUNK FREE
While weightlifting gloves encase the entire hand and become a breeding ground for bacteria, Versa Gripps allow the hand to breathe. This open design prevents odor transferring to hands or permeating gym bags.
VERSATILE APPLICATION
Versa Gripps are used for all pushing (as in bench press) and pulling (as in dead lift) movements in strength training. The patented Versa Gripps take the place of gloves, lifting straps, hooks, and wrist supports. By using Versa Gripps, both types of movement are accomplished safely, easily, and comfortably.
