Once around the bar, even modest pressure will lock in the bar for maximum hold and security. For quick release, simply unclasp your hands and the bar is released protecting the lifter from damage of being tied into the bar like with traditional straps.

Our padded wrist strap is funnel-shaped to cinch around the wrist and evenly distribute support at the base of the hand while pulling. This provides added stability and prevents the weight from cutting off circulation. Unlike wrist straps, VERSA GRIPPS PRO should fit comfortably around the wrists. For pushing exercises the Gripps can be tightened to act like a traditional wrist wrap and provide additional support on presses.
