Sizing

Finding the correct size is essential to getting the best performance from your VERSA GRIPPS. The appropriate fit is determined by your wrist size, NOT the size of your hand and the grip length on all sizes are the same at 6.25” (6.75" if Xtreme Plus). There is no correlation between wrist size and body size.

Versa Gripps are proudly made in the USA and we stand behind everything we make. We demand only the highest quality materials and workmanship in our products.


Please note that Versa Gripps have a limited lifespan, which depends on how frequently and intensely they are used, along with how well they are maintained. Occasional use will extend their durability, while regular, intense workouts—such as using them five days a week—will lead to faster wear. Over time, with heavy use, they will wear out and need to be replaced.


MANUFACTURING DEFECTS


We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a Versa Gripps product with a material or workmanship flaw, we want to know! Please send it back to us within one year of purchase for a courtesy inspection. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the item, and if not, we will return it to you.

Our Warranty Does Not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misused or abused Versa Gripps
  • Products that have been immersed in water, washed, or modified
  • Lost or stolen Versa Gripps

Better off using regular straps

"Initially package was delivered to a neighbor that took weeks to resolved reached out to versa grips and their answer was basically tough luck you don’t purchase insurance. Ok fair I guess. Finally got the product thought they seem good. Constantly having to readjust the grip. If it gets even the slightest bit of sweat from lifting or whatever you start to lose the grip and have to readjust. Not really sure who those are marketed for since I bought the extreme version or whatever and I’m not like a ginormous powerlifter but I do lift good weight. Save your money use the free straps that come when buying a basic powerlifting belt or the ones you can buy off amazon for like 12 bucks lol. Better than spending this amount of money"

"Love my versa grips extremes. My hands don’t hurt anymore which has allowed me to do more reps with heavier weights. They are easy to put on and use as well. I’ve used them for a month now. Only concern is how long will the leather pad last with wear and tear 4x a week. They seem durable at this point."

Great tool!. . . . . but

"I really like my versa grips. I am a trainer and recommend them to people. They have the potential to be the best on the market. . . . But, after using them for a while. They have a fatal flaw. With heavy pulls, the strap comes undone. Not only is this a huge pain in the ass, it is quite dangerous. so much so, that I have had to buy a pair of figure 8 straps. I would not be surprised to hear of a pending law suit as the strap pops open mid pull and can send the weights/ lifter flying. I am going to continue to use them, just not for my heavy work. I also will tell people that I really do like them, but for the price, do nor go with the extreme. Maybe the company can come out with a figure 8 model."

You send an email showing that the extreme were on discount but when you navigate your web site it never showed. Pit them on cart proceed to check out may be discount will be applied later right ? Q&A

Can you please make your awesome grips with leather padding, or some alternative to Neoprene which retains sweat and exacerbates bacteria growth and stink even with thorough washing over time? I am migrating away from your product because of this reason, and going with EliteFTS Pro. I’m sure I’m not the only person dealing with the cleaning challenge of the thick neoprene pad you utilize in your product.
Hey Donovan, Versa Gripps are both neoprene and latex free! For cleaning we would recommend following our cleaning instructions which you can use on both the rubber grip portion and the wrist foams: To clean, we recommend that you use a cleaner that contains Ammonia-D, such as a mild glass cleaner, to cut out the grease and dirt that builds up from normal use. We use the Windex name brand at our facility! Simply spray the cleaner lightly onto the grip portion and gently scrub clean with a dry rag. Always allow them to fully dry before storing them, either air drying them or wiping dry with a clean rag. Never put the Versa Gripps in a washing machine, use soap, or immerse them in water or cleaners, as this action immediately voids our warranty. We do recommend cleaning them regularly to avoid buildup and funkiness.
I can deadlift 750lbs. Will this strap break if my working sets are between 600-700lbs.
Hi Cort! Versa Gripps are designed to work with how much weight you yourself can lift, as they aren't designed to lift anything independently! We don't have a designated weight limit on our Gripps for that reason. When cared for properly and not overly tightened around equipment during use they should never break.
Do these straps have a weight limit? I need something that can hold up to powerlifting. Weight exceeding 600lbs.

How do I determine the correct wrist size for myself?

You will need a tape measure for your wrist - sizing is based on wrist size and not on hand size, so please ensure that you measure directly around the boniest part of your wrist and not above or below the wrist bone.
